ABOUT TPEMFG / DONGGUAN, CHINA

FACTORY-FIRST PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
TPEMFG supports adult-product brands, retailers and distributors developing TPE product ranges. Based in Dongguan, Guangdong, we focus on the practical decisions that move a product from an initial reference to a moldable, inspectable and repeatable specification.
Our role is not to sell a fixed retail catalog. We help define the form, material feel, texture, tooling route, quality checkpoints and packaging direction around each customer brief.
WHAT WE CONNECT
A clearer result comes from reviewing the product as a complete manufacturing system—not as separate design, molding and packaging tasks.

TPE grade, firmness, stretch, color, translucency, texture and surface finish are compared around the intended product form.

References and drawings move through feasibility, sampling, mold review, first-piece inspection and pilot production with visible checkpoints.

Logo direction, labels, inserts, cartons and shipment preparation are coordinated with the approved product specification.
HOW WE WORK
Each stage should give your team something concrete to review, approve or revise before the next stage begins.
We turn references, drawings and target specifications into a focused list of manufacturing decisions.
Shape, texture, firmness, color and finish are reviewed through physical or 3D samples before tooling approval.
Dimensions, flash, seams, texture transfer, appearance and repeatability are checked at defined production stages.
Packaging and shipment preparation remain connected to the final approved product and batch requirements.
ONE CONNECTED PRODUCTION TEAM
Product review, material selection, tooling, molding, trimming, assembly, inspection and packaging are treated as connected responsibilities. That keeps feedback closer to the factory decisions that affect the final product.
